We collect information you provide directly, such as your name and email address when you create an account via Google Sign-In. When you connect your YouTube channel, we collect channel information (channel name, subscriber count, video list, and video metadata), YouTube Analytics data (views, watch time, engagement metrics, audience demographics), and YouTube comments for the in-app comment management feature. We also automatically collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device information to improve our services.

When you connect your YouTube channel, TubeSpark accesses your Google account data through the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API. Specifically: - Channel Data: We read your channel name, description, subscriber count, and video list to populate your dashboard and power AI-driven content suggestions. - Analytics Data: We read your YouTube Analytics reports (views, watch time, engagement, audience demographics) to display performance dashboards and trend analysis. - Comments: We read and, when you explicitly request, post replies to comments on your videos through TubeSpark's Intelligence dashboard. We do not edit, delete, or modify your YouTube videos, playlists, ratings, or captions. We only use write access for user-initiated comment replies. TubeSpark's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide our core services, and do not allow humans to read your data unless you give explicit consent, it is required for security purposes, or it is required by law.

We use your information to: - Provide and improve our AI-powered content generation services - Display your channel analytics and performance metrics on the dashboard - Generate personalized video ideas and scripts based on your channel niche and content history - Process payments and manage your subscription - Send relevant communications about your account and our services - Analyze usage patterns to improve the platform experience YouTube channel data is used exclusively to provide the features you access within TubeSpark. AI analysis of your content is performed by our integrated AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq) solely for generating suggestions and insights for your channel.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or Google user data to third parties. We share information only with: - AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq): Your channel niche and content data is sent to generate ideas and scripts. These providers process data per their own privacy policies and do not retain your data for training. - Payment processors (Stripe): Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. - Infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel, Upstash): These host our database, application, and caching services under strict data processing agreements. - Law enforcement: When required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process. We never transfer Google user data for advertising purposes or to data brokers.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your information: - All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption - Database storage is encrypted at rest (Supabase/PostgreSQL with AES-256) - OAuth 2.0 tokens are stored securely and refreshed automatically - Access to user data is restricted through role-based authentication - We use Sentry for error monitoring and PostHog for anonymized analytics - Regular security assessments and penetration testing are conducted - API rate limiting prevents abuse and unauthorized access

You have the right to: - Access: View all personal data we hold about you through your account settings - Correction: Update your profile information at any time - Deletion: Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data through Settings > Delete Account, or by contacting us. All Google user data is permanently removed within 30 days of deletion. - Data Export: Export your generated ideas, scripts, and analytics data - Revoke Access: Disconnect your YouTube channel at any time through Settings > Profile, or revoke TubeSpark's access directly at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions - Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time
