How to Export Scripts

3 min read

TubeSpark lets you export your scripts in multiple formats so you can use them during recording sessions, share with your team, or archive for future reference. Here is everything you need to know about export options.

Export Options

TubeSpark supports exporting scripts in PDF, DOCX, TXT, and clipboard copy formats. PDF exports include professional formatting with section headers, timing markers, and b-roll suggestions. DOCX exports create editable Word documents perfect for further editing. TXT exports provide clean plain text ideal for teleprompter apps.

Formatting Your Export

Before exporting, you can customize the output format. Choose whether to include timing markers, b-roll suggestions, and production notes. The PDF format supports both light and dark themes and automatically formats section headers, speaker notes, and call-to-action blocks for easy reading during recording.

Sharing with Your Team

Exported scripts can be shared directly with team members through the TubeSpark workspace. Pro plan users can also generate shareable links that allow collaborators to view and comment on scripts without needing a TubeSpark account. All shared scripts maintain their formatting and can be downloaded by recipients.

Export Tips

  • Use PDF format for recording sessions as it preserves all formatting and timing markers.
  • Export to TXT for teleprompter apps that require plain text input.
  • Use the clipboard copy feature for quick sharing in messages or documents.
