Connecting your YouTube channel to TubeSpark unlocks personalized analytics, performance tracking, and AI-powered insights tailored to your specific audience. Follow this guide to set up the connection securely.
OAuth Setup
Go to your Dashboard and click the "Connect YouTube" button. TubeSpark uses Google OAuth 2.0 to securely access your channel data. You will be redirected to Google to authorize read-only access to your channel analytics. TubeSpark never posts to your channel or modifies any content. The connection only requires viewing permissions for your channel statistics.
Channel Data and Analytics
Once connected, TubeSpark syncs your channel performance data including views, subscribers, watch time, and engagement metrics. The Analytics dashboard shows your channel growth trends, top-performing videos, and audience insights. Data is synced automatically on a regular schedule so your analytics are always up to date.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter connection issues, ensure you are logged into the correct Google account that owns the YouTube channel. Check that third-party app access is enabled in your Google account settings. If the connection fails, try revoking TubeSpark access in your Google account and reconnecting. Contact support if issues persist after these steps.
Connection Tips
- Make sure you are signed into the Google account associated with your YouTube channel before connecting.
- Allow a few minutes after connecting for the initial data sync to complete.
- You can disconnect and reconnect your channel at any time from Settings without losing your generated content.
